Set atop a newly added third story and engineered into a steep hillside lot, the primary bath is a study in spatial ingenuity and sensory refinement. The addition navigates complex structural constraints to deliver a moment of quiet luxury above the treetops. Inside, the bath is oriented to frame the lake: mirrors placed along the window wall reflect and amplify the view, creating a layered experience of light, water, and sky. A generous steam shower and sculptural standalone tub anchor the space, softened by warm, minimalist finishes. The design pays subtle homage to Ralph Anderson’s mid-century ethos—clean lines, natural materials, and a reverence for site—while offering a distinctly contemporary retreat.
