Details
Designed by renowned Seattle architect Ralph D. Anderson, this midcentury home was created to capture sweeping views of Lake Washington. The recent whole-house remodel honored Anderson’s original vision while enhancing the home’s functionality for modern living. Known for his signature vertical windows and exposed wood framing, Anderson’s hallmark features were carefully preserved. Updates included the addition of a striking third floor with a luxurious master suite, the installation of an elevator to support aging in place, and a complete transformation of the kitchen and remaining living spaces. A separate waterfront cabana was also part of this spectacular project.
